Both rooms are on the first floor of the villa. These have a beautiful panoramic view of the Abbey of MonteCassino and the surrounding mountains. The entrance to the bedroom floor is independent and leads to a lovely balcony overlooking the pool.

Ninfea Bianca:

The "White Water Lily Room" has a double bed. you can add a single bed for up to 3 people. There is a balcony with umbrella and chairs.

The White Water Lily room terrace enjoys a wonderful view on the Abbey of Monte Cassino and the pool.

Ninfea Rossa:

The "Red Water Lily Room" has a queen bed and can accommodate 1 or 2 people. It has a large terrace of 35 square meters equipped with parasol, table and chairs.
The rooftop terrace of the Red Water Lily Room has an excellent view on the Abbey of Monte Cassino and the pond with water lilies.
